La Casita was built recently in 2021 - by a local reputable builder. We have taken great care to provide high quality appliances and a classy finish. There is something ever-so calming about Frinton-On-Sea. We are new to the vacation-rental market but experienced in the private-rented-sector. We are working hard to provide our guests with the uttermost sense of well-being. No matter whether families or singles, people seeking peace and quiet or active holidaymakers, young people or those who are young at heart… every guest is welcome! We guarantee that Frinton-On-Sea is a place you will want to return to.

We put special emphasis on the cleanliness of our house and ask our guests kindly to look after our appliances and furnishings. Smoking is not allowed. We kindly ask where possible that shoes are removed on the carpet - but feel free to keep them on on the ground floor. There is space on the side access for bikes. Guests can leave their luggage cases on the shelves above the bedroom hanging spaces or they will hide neatly under the bunk bed in room 3. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms (except water).
Security
We have outdoor security cameras (side and rear). The house alarm will be turned off during any guest visits
No Pets
We currently operate a strict no pet policy, sorry; this is to ensure we can offer the highest standards in cleanliness for all guests, including those with pet allergies.
No parties or events
No unregistered guests
No eating or drinking in the bedrooms (except water)
Please let us know if any breakages occur with La Casita property, so that we are aware and can replace said item.
Our kitchen worktop is our pride and joy, please use the chopping boards provided and do not chop directly on the worktop. Please do not place hot pans directly on the worktop, there are two trivets next to the cooker for you to use. Please only use the Method cleaning spray on the worktop and clean any spills immediately so that they do not leave a stain
Please take shoes off when walking on the carpet
We have luxurious wallpaper throughout the house, please ensure, if children are with you that they do not touch/scratch/draw on it. We reserve the right to charge for any damages
We ask all cutlery/crockery/utensils must be clean upon checkout. (Loading and turning on dishwasher upon exit is much appreciated)
No smoking inside the property. Smoking in the rear garden is permitted; please use the green food caddy for cigarette butts (please do not dispose of them inside the house, in plant pots, in the garden, on the floor, in the drains etc)
Please turn off lights and/or heating when not in use. We try our best to be as environmentally-friendly as possible!
Noise: please be considerate of our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00
Lost key fee: any lost keys will incur a fee of £50.00
