After booking you will receive from us the booking confirmation and the invoice with our bank details or payment link from Stripe. A deposit of 50% is payable in the next few days. The remaining payment must be done at the latest 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation policies: Cancellation made 14 days prior to arrival – The 50% deposit would be non-refundable.
Once a booking is confirmed, you will get access to our guest app - which gives you a guide to the house and local area as well as a chat box to speak to the host if needed.
If you would like to explore the shops, then Connaught Avenue (in the olden days colloquially known as the Bond Street of East Anglia) is just a 5 minute walk down the road. There are a variety of coffee shops, restaurants and ice-cream palours for you to take in the beach-life way. As well as a great variety of charity shops and beauty salons.
The sandy, blue flag awarded Frinton-On-Sea beach is just an eight minute walk from La Casita (turn right out of the front door and keep going until you see the sea!)
Walton-on-the-Naze is the neighbouring town with its own charming high street, leisure swimming pool, playground and nature reserve. A newly renovated pier is also opening in summer 2022.
La Casita is a less than three minute walk from the main Frinton-On-Sea (FRI) railway station. Frinton is a 1hr31minutes train ride (one change) from London Liverpool Street (LST) Station.
Driving to Frinton-On-Sea is simple - the main connecting motorway is A12/A120. La Casita has two off-street parking spaces on the driveway and parking on our road is free with no yellow lines.
The railway gates of Frinton separates the Frinton enclosure from the other neighbouring towns. For any historians amongst us, you can read about the history of the Frinton gates HERE.
Once "inside-the-gates", you can get around by foot or if you wish, hire a bicycle from Johnson's Cycles on Connaught Avenue.
